Today was hot. Y’know. For Scotland. I am sure in other countries it would be regarded as Autumn but here, in the Borders, it was 22 degrees. So it was hot. For what I am used to anyway. Woke up around 7:50am. I was not ready to tackle the day. I was tired and felt like my clothes wouldn’t look good on me when I was going to get ready. We’ve all had days like that. Am I right or am I right? I attempted to make a poached egg and it was kind of a failure. Well, not kind of. It was a failure. We’ve all had days like that. Am I right or am I right? I have still yet to learn that it is okay to have mornings like that. #deep I spent probably 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to decide what to flipping wear. I don’t do hot weather me. I like the cold, so I am very excited for Crimbo to come back in December with the frosty weather. After finding an outfit that made me look semi-decent. I left at around 12:22 to meet Kirsty at her car to pick me up where we headed down town for her to get her TATTOO. #trendy If you want to see specifically what Kirsty got, you can go follow her very cool and successful blog as KIRSTY is a great wee writer. After getting the tattoo, we went for a picnic at Hirsel, a nice little estate with a massive lake. When we got there we had a picnic with a mixture of food. We had nice bread, brie, cranberry sauce, olives, chorizo, cous cous and pasta. For drinks we had Rhubarb and Apple, and Elderflower presse It was a #feast. Once this was over it was time to call it a wonderful day and head back to reality. #whitudoing I got back to the house at around 4 o’clock in the afternoon and got changed into comfy clothes then headed to chill. Then that was it. The end of a good day.
Come back soon for a new post. I don’t have a timeline yet but I want to upload at least once a week right now. Thank you Kirsty for a great wee day out. I loved it. And thank you for reading. Highly appreciate it. #loveya
